Soft Wash vs Pressure Wash

Two tools for two different jobs. Here's how we pick the right one for your surface.

$150 + tax standard driveway + sidewalks

The Short Version

Soft Wash

Low pressure plus a cleaning solution that breaks down dirt, mildew and algae, then a gentle rinse. For siding, stucco, painted trim and shingle roofs.

Pressure Wash

High-pressure water that strips built-up grime and stains from hard surfaces like concrete driveways, sidewalks and patios.

Depends on material & condition. We'll recommend it when we quote.

Why It Matters on the Gulf Coast

Heat and humidity help mildew and algae grow. High pressure can leave the growth behind and damage softer surfaces; a soft wash treats the growth itself. Our setup: 5.5 GPM pressure washer, surface cleaner and X-Jet soft wash system.
